At PJT Golf, we want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Please choose carefully before completing your order. This includes incorrect colour or style selection.

Faulty or Damaged Items

You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if your item:

• Is faulty

• Is damaged in transit

• Is significantly different from its description

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the fault or damage

Size Exchanges 

If you have selected the incorrect size for any PJT wear, we offer a one-time size exchange, subject to availability.

To be eligible:

• The cap must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags must be attached

• The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will ship the replacement size once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Size exchanges are not available for golf balls or other consumable items.

Golf Balls

Due to the nature of golf balls as consumable sporting goods:

• Used golf balls cannot be returned

• Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and faulty or damaged on arrival

Return Process

All return or exchange requests must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for cap size changes as outlined above. We do not offer exchanges for other products.
